Our family believes strongly in the protection of our environment and practice conservation as much as we can. Wherever possible we use recyclable serve ware. We recycle, use biodegradable cleaners, and try to minimize our waste. We grow much of our own produce and have a limited amount of china and flatware available for smaller parties.
