Choose one main entree from the following:

Beef Entrees

  • Meat Loaf Italian Style: meatloaf is made with beef, bread crumbs, eggs, cheese and seasonings
  • Lasagna w/beef
  • Bracciola: beef is filled w/ parsley, garlic, and parmesan cheese, rolled and slowly simmered in a marinara sauce, cut into serving portions
  • Meatballs: beef meatballs are simmered with a light marinara
  • Spaghetti and meatballs: Meatballs are cooked in a marinara sauce and served w/spaghetti
  • Beef marsala:slices of beef tritip have a light mushroom/marsala sauce
  • Meat raviolis; served with a marinara sauce

Chicken Entrees

  • Chicken w/pesto: Chicken and mushrooms are simmered in a light pesto sauce and served with parmesan cheese
  • Chicken Picatta: Chicken is sautéed and tossed with capers, lemon juice, cheeses and seasonings
  • Chicken saltimboca w/pasta: chicken is layered with ham and provolone cheese.
  • Chicken parmigiana: Chicken is layered with mushrooms, mozzarella, marinara sauce and parmesan cheese
  • Chicken cacciatore: Chicken is simmered with tomatoes, garlic and seasonings
  • Chicken Marsala: thin slices of chicken are simmered with mushrooms in a light marsala sauce

Pork Entrees

  • Florentine style pork loin: roasted pork loin is seasoned with a light sauce of garlic, rosemary and cloves
  • Sausage and peppers: Mild Italian sausage is sautéed with green peppers and onions

Seafood Entrees

  • Seafood pasta: Pasta is tossed with baby shrimp, clams, a light alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese.
  • Linguine and clams: linguine is served with chopped clams in a light creamy sauce
  • Tilapia (white fish) with a lemon butter sauce

Vegetarian Entrees

  • Pasta Puttanesca: capers, sundried tomatoes, black olives, crushed red peppers and parmesan cheese
  • Pasta con pesto: pasta is mixed with pesto and parmesan cheese.
  • Pasta Mediterranean style: Pasta w/sundried tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese
  • Pasta w/artichokes: pasta is tossed with artichokes, black olives, capers and feta cheese
  • Pasta Primavera: pasta is tossed with a mixture of vegetables and a light tomato sauce
  • Vegetarian Lasagna
  • Cheese stuffed shells: Large shells are stuffed with a mixture of ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella cheeses and topped with a marinara sauce
  • Three cheese pasta: pasta is tossed with cheddar, jack, and parmesan cheeses
  • Cheese ravioli w/marinara sauce
  • Cheese tortellini in a light alfredo sauce
  • Artichoke Cheese Souffle
  • Eggplant Parmigiana: eggplant is layered with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese
  • Spinach cheese soufflé

Vegetables

  • Mixed vegetables: a mix of vegetables are sautéed with olive oil, garlic and seasonings
  • Green beans: sautéed with olive oil, garlic and seasonings
  • Zucchini sautéed with olive oil and garlic
  • Roasted Peppers and Eggplant: a mix of bell peppers and eggplant are sautéed, drizzled with olive oil, garlic, fresh basil and seasonings. Served cold.
  • Peppers and onions: sweet bell peppers are sautéed with onions and seasonings

Salads

  • Caesar salad
  • Green salad; either Italian vinaigrette, Balsamic or Ranch dressing is served on the side.
  • Mediterranean style salad: Mixed greens, artichoke hearts, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese; Italian or balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side.
  • Cobb Salad: greens with Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses, black olives, and tomatoes; Italian vinaigrette, Balsamic or Ranch dressing on the side.
  • Italian style salad: Greens with black olives, parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts; Italian or balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side.
  • Southwestern style green salad: salad greens with black beans, tortilla chips, tomatoes; Italian vinaigrette, Balsamic or Ranch dressing on the side.
  • Bean salad: a mixture of kidney beans, garbanzo beans , artichoke hearts, onions, and garlic, are tossed with Italian vinaigrette
  • Cole slaw: cabbage, raisins and dressing

  • Italian Style Pasta salad: pasta is tossed with black olives, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and Italian vinaigrette
