Meat & Seafood Entrees

Beef

  • Meat Loaf Italian Style: meatloaf is made with beef, bread crumbs, eggs, cheese and seasonings
  • Lasagna w/beef
  • Bracciola w/pasta: beef is filled w/ parsley, garlic, and parmesan cheese, rolled and slowly simmered in a marinara sauce, cut into serving portions and served with pasta
  • Meatballs: beef meatballs are simmered with seasonings

Chicken

  • Chicken and Pasta: Chicken is sautéed with fresh tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and seasoning and served with pasta.
  • Chicken w/pasta and vegetables: Pasta is tossed w/ chicken, broccoli, & mushrooms
  • Chicken w/mushrooms: Chicken and mushrooms are simmered in a light broth and served with pasta and parmesan cheese
  • Chicken Picatta: Chicken is sautéed and tossed with capers, lemon juice, cheeses and seasonings
  • Chicken saltimboca w/pasta: chicken, ham and provolone cheese are tossed with pasta and parmesan
  • Chicken florentine w/pasta: chicken is rolled with spinach and provolone cheese, sautéed w/mushrooms, garlic and seasonings, then tossed with pasta and parmesan cheese
  • Chicken parmigiana: Chicken is layered with mushrooms, mozzarella, marinara sauce and parmesan cheese
  • Chicken cacciatore: Chicken is simmered with chopped tomatoes, green peppers, garlic and seasonings and served over pasta.
  • Chicken Marsala: thin slices of chicken breasts are simmered with mushrooms in a light sherry sauce and served with pasta

Pork

  • Florentine style pork loin: roasted pork loin is seasoned with a light sauce of garlic, rosemary and cloves and served with baked quartered potatoes
  • Sausage and peppers: Mild Italian sausage is sautéed with green peppers and onions

Seafood

  • Seafood pasta: Pasta is tossed with baby shrimp, clams, a light broth and parmesan cheese.
  • Pasta al mare: A light tomato sauce is laced with baby shrimp, clams, and baby scallops are simmered in a light fresh tomato sauce and served over pasta
  • Linguine w/chopped clams

Vegetarian Entrees

  • Cheese stuffed shells: Large shells are stuffed with a mixture of cheeses and topped with a marinara sauce
